CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure every client receives the best service and availability, we’ve implemented the following policies: 1. Deposits • All deposits are non-refundable and go toward your service total. • Deposits are tied to one appointment only and cannot be transferred to a new one. • If you cancel and rebook, a new deposit will be required. 2. No-Call/No-Show If you miss your appointment without any notice: • Your deposit will be forfeited. • A 60% fee of the scheduled service will be charged. 3. Late Cancellations If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment: • Your deposit will be forfeited. • A 40% fee of the scheduled service will be charged. 4. How to Cancel Please cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance by texting (818) 335-4060 or messaging us on Instagram @pairofacesllc. 5. Arrival Policy • Cash only is accepted upon arrival — if paying with Zelle, an additional fee will apply. • A 10-minute grace period is given. After that, your appointment may be canceled. • No extra guests are allowed. Please arrive alone to your appointment. 6. Booking Agreement By booking, you acknowledge and agree to all policies listed above. These policies are in place to ensure fairness, respect everyone’s time, and allow us to accommodate as many clients as possible. Thank you for your understanding and continued support!
